Director
Ditheko Lebethe
University of witswatersrand – LLB
Mr. Ditheko Lebethe is a Wits LLB graduate, an admitted attorney, notary, conveyancer and the founder of DLA.
As an attorney with a right of appearance in the High Court, he has personally litigated in the High Court and the Supreme Court of Appeal, and drafted the appeal documents in the last Constitutional Court judgment handed down by the former Chief Justice Raymond Zondo before his retirement. Over the years, Mr. Lebethe has amassed extensive experience in litigation, with reported judgments across various areas of law, including judicial reviews, civil, commercial, and labour law. Previously, Mr. Lebethe authored legal articles for the public in the Gauteng Newspaper under its “Legal Column” section.
Ultimately, Mr. Lebethe’s career is driven by a deep passion for justice and a commitment to making law accessible to all.

Ms.Vhusani Ramawa (an admitted attorney) is an LLB graduate from the University of Venda.
She has interests in civil litigation and family law.

Nompumelelo Mvuyana

Currently studying an LLB at the University of South Africa, Nompumelelo Mvuyana is the legal secretary at Ditheko Lebethe Attorneys (DLA). Multilingual in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho she has a broad experience in the administration department whilst sharing a great passion for law.
Employed by Ditheko Lebethe Attorneys (DLA) since July 2019, Botle’s tasks are to maintain communications with creditors, service providers and manage the employees of the law firm.
