Founder & Director
Ditheko Lebethe
University of witswatersrand – llb
Mr. Ditheko Lebethe is the founder and director of Ditheko Lebethe Attorneys (DLA). He is an LLB degree graduate from University Of Witwatersrand (Wits University) and was admitted as an attorney in 2008. He has a right of appearance in the High Court and has personally litigated and represented clients in the Supreme Court of Appeal.
He has extensive experience in litigation specifically in civil law, commercial law, labor law and family law. Although he passed his notarial deed exams in 2018, he is yet to pursue his admission and enrolment as a notary public. He also wrote legal articles for the Gauteng Newspaper under its “Legal Column” section.
Briefly, Ditheko Lebethe is passionate about law, including access to it, and ensuring issues relating to law are clear and understandable to members of the public. This passion has in the past led to him moving the application for admission and enrolment of several of his colleagues within the broader legal profession as attorneys and advocates.

Ms.Vhusani Ramawa (an admitted attorney) is an LLB graduate from the University of Venda.
She has interests in civil litigation and family law.

Nompumelelo Mvuyana

Currently studying an LLB at the University of South Africa, Nompumelelo Mvuyana is the legal secretary at Ditheko Lebethe Attorneys (DLA). Multilingual in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho she has a broad experience in the administration department whilst sharing a great passion for law.
Employed by Ditheko Lebethe Attorneys (DLA) since July 2019, Botle’s tasks are to maintain communications with creditors, service providers and manage the employees of the law firm.
